  The staff was very nice and kind, but I'm not the kind of costumer that makes requests. The reception were very sofisticated with a very nice design. The room had a great space and the design was lovely too. The kitchenette was really helpful! It has everything you need if you want to prepare your food in your room. They gave us two kind of pillows, one har - Stayed 11 nights in this wonderful city and had read about Citadines Karasuma,indeed,it´s as most people say. Very comfortable and super clean hotel. In one of the most busy avenues of Kyoto but when inside what you really hear is just a slight traffic rumour. The room maids where very good, altough I usually left the towels and kimono hanging they nonetheless changed everyday.
