The personnel of Masuya Ryokan was great: very kind, serviceable, always ready to help you. The location is very good, next to important shopping areas and attractions. This Ryokan has spacious rooms designed according to the Japanese style. The staff. They were very friendly and helpful, though I could not say a word in Japanese. Japan style Japan bath/Sento big room nice views Very friendly staff.
