The staff was very professional and friendly. The shuttle service from JR Kotohira station was appreciated! The walk looks short but luggage makes it longer. The room was exactly as described. The room was lovely, the food was beautifully prepared, they made a real effort to accommodate my husband and I who are vegetarians. I left my pocket book there. They located it and send it overnight to our hotel in Shin Osaka. The service overall was flawless. The onsen (mineral baths) both inside and outside were wonderful. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!
