  location is very nice, close to most of most-go place in a walk distance !! Transport is also very convenient, you just need to jump up the bus from Komatsu at drop at the stop 1 min walk away from the hotel. We didn't have to bus anywhere! Breakfast was plentiful and had lots of variety. Wifi was good. A bit far from the station, but they offer a free shuttle bus to the hotel. Staff were super friendly and even helped me get back a prescription I left after we checked out.
