  My daughter and I had separate rooms, which suited us to have the extra space and privacy. The room was very comfortable, beautifully clean, and we liked having a fridge and kettle. The laundry facilities and internet were very welcome, too. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.   Excellent staff I had initially had two issues upon arrival at the hotel. First I had trouble connecting to the hotel wifi. The staff was able to resolve this issue almost immediately by resetting their DHCP server. Second, my booking was for a non-smoking room, but I was accidentally placed in a smoking room.   This hotel is new and very comfortable compared to the hotel I stayed to the previous 2 nights. They offer a massage service either in the room or downstairs. I would recommend this to anyone and other hotels in Japan need to get on board with how this hotel operates (especially comfort of the bed). The staff spoke English which is another plus.   The staff was great! Rent a power-assisted bike right in the hotel and go see the Peace Museum. The breakfast was very good. The public bath is sparkling clean and delightful. It was great and I would stay there again!
