  We had a 1 month trip around Japan :- Tokyo(Asakusa), Tokyo(Yokahama), a cruise, Kyoto, Hiroshima, osaka & back via Helsinki. Throughout Japan we were impressed by the politeness, friendliness & cleanliness & we are sure all hotels at all levels meet the same standards. Rooms have magnificent views of the city, river, mountains & sunset / sunrise. - The hotel staff were so helpful and all seemed to be bilingual. They really were so kind - the waitress at breakfast asked me where I was from, and when I said Australia she came back in two minutes with English guides of Osaka which proved to be so helpful. They were just so proactive.

  Loved everything. Excellent service, breakfast very good, but there is room for improvement in comparison to other international hotels. Everything else, exceptional.   The hotel is beautiful, fancy, very clean and the room was big and comfortable. The staff was excellent, could speak English very well and was always helpful. They have directions printed out to major attractions and can explain every step of the trip very well. The staff also gives good advice on where to go and what to do in Osaka.
