Immaculately clean, great staff, room was compact but had every convenience you would need. Definitely would stay here again. They were just so proactive.

  Staff were very helpful whenever we asked them for something. Spoken English was better than at other hotels I have stayed at in Tokyo.   Loved the hotel's location. It's very accessible from the Osaka Park Subway Stop on the JR Loop. Makes it super easy to get around and it's lovely to get up early and go for a walk in the park! We paid extra for a room with a castle view and it was well worth it. There is a convenience store at the nearby building but it closes at 11pm. From the Kansai airport (night arrival), it is more convenient to take the airport limo bus to Hankyu Hotel, then take the taxi to New Otani.
