  Loved everything. Excellent service, breakfast very good, but there is room for improvement in comparison to other international hotels. Everything else, exceptional. Staff professional and welcoming. Beds firm and comfortable and pillows soft and luxurious.   Really friendly staff, going beyond the standard polilteness level of Japanese hotels and making the stay personable. Hotel equipped with everything a 5 star hotel needs. Nice lounge with great view. Good location right across Osaka station. - Awesome, beautiful room and very, very helpful staff.
