Really friendly staff, going beyond the standard polilteness level of Japanese hotels and making the stay personable. Hotel equipped with everything a 5 star hotel needs. Nice lounge with great view. Good location right across Osaka station. -

Located directly above the Shinsaibashi metro station,close and central to most malls and tourist areas. Comfortable room with good amenities, bed, bathroom and view. The hotel was located in the heart of Osaka's shopping districts.
The staff was V. helpful in getting us around the city and to outlying
areas by bus, train and subway. The room, semi-double, was V.
comfortable and cleaned daily. When we needed extra lighting in the room
they obliged. The hotel does have Wi-Fi (other reviewers have said it
does not.)

The hotel is located very conveniently at the Railway Station - Osaka Uhenomachi . The Bus to & from Kansai Airport is very convenient and cost efficient compared to a taxi.
Rooms are comfortable.
The staff - both at Reception & Housekeeping were the most professional & polite I have seen anywhere.
Reasonably priced. -

The location was fantastic as there were two train lines running just beneath and the shuttle bus to the Kansai Airport was at its doorstep. The shopping complex and multiple restaurants next door at Kintetsu was also very convenient!

This is a very fine hotel with every amenity, except coffee. There is a small train line that goes to the door. The area is Rokko Island, wiped out in the 1995 Kobe earthquake, so everything there is new. If you want to stay in an up scale hotel in Japan and don't have much cash, this is the place.
