I liked this hotel very much, especially it's hostess. We left luggage in the hotel, when we checked out. The room was very clean and there are all things which needed. Also excellent location of the hotel.
Room was great, spacious, clean, with great view. Very comfortable.

Noisy area, especially if you open the window. Lack of breakfast but up down you find good cafeteria where you can drink coffee with cruassans.
You have to share toilette and bathroom, and they could be little bit cleaner. There is no kitchen nor posibillity to make a coffee in the morning.

We met 2 hostesses during our stay. The one who checked us in was a bit rude and inneficient. She made fun of me to another guest thinking I couldnt understand Italian.
The man who checked us in was nice, but the woman who checked us out was a nightmare. She demanded cash after the website explicitly told us a card would be fine. We had to go get cash and nearly missed our bus. Additionally, she was yammering away on her phone right outside our room quite early in the morning. It was very loud, and if we hadn't been up (though she did not know yet that we were up) it would have been even worse.
