Highly recommended. Right in the heart of Sorrento. Only 15 minutes walk to train station and bus depot. We had a spacious room overlooking the piazza. Friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely stay there again when we return to Sorrento. No lifts, so you better practice lifting your suitcases up a few flight of stairs. I didn't mind because

We stayed 6 nights in Maison Tofani which is a great little hotel in the historical centre of Sorrento, decorated in the best Italian style. We had a large room with a big bed, a sofa and armchairs, a bathroom with shower - and free wifi! The room overlooked the narrow shopping street. We had a small table and two chairs on the minute balcony where we could watch the world go by. The windows were well insulated as we weren't disturbed by noise. Ettore was a wonderful and thoughtful host that made our stay very enjoyable. He was tremendously helpful in answering any of our questions. The hotel has the most spectacular view of Sorrento and the coast. The hotel provides easy axcess into Sorrento via a shuttle. We would recommend finding out the shuttle or bus schedule prior to arrival in Sorrento since the taxis to the hotel are pricey (Euro 50).
