The breakfast was delicious, the location was smack dab in the center of everything, and the room was spacious and clean, clean, clean. If you're looking for a formal environment where staff doesn't speak unless spoken to, this isn't the place for you. Palazzo Montefusco feels like you're staying with old friends. At first sight, we were we were disappointed with the rather basic room. However, as soon as we saw the huge terrace, overlooking the Bay of Naples, we forgot about the room. (Who needs luxury with a view like that??).
The hotel was exactly what we were looking for - perfect location, clean, friendly staff, free wifi at all times and great pool.

The hotel is located on a very scenic spot of Sorrento, on a cliff. My wife like the decoration and setting of the hotel, she ranked it the best hotel. This comment is not light considering we have traveled a lot over the past 30 years. The restaurant is one of the highlights of the hotel. They make gorgeous, delicious food at a very reasonable price. We stayed 5 days there and it was a very pleasant stay. Will recommend to anybody traveling to Sorrento.

Sorrento apartments was a joy to stay at, the staff were courteous and very friendly. we stayed in the 4 person apartment with the balcony. we were over in Sorrento for our wedding and a number of times we had around 20+ people in our apartment and they happily accommodated us. the balcony was able to hold 20+ people with sun beds, table, chairs and even a little pond provided! the apartment was clean and fresh and the kitchen fully kitted out for self sustained living. the bar below happily br
