This was....Paradise! An oasis of rest in the bustling life of Siracusa. Nice and friendly staff. Although only 3stars rated, it is worth a 5 star resort. The only one with a private beach, it was just great to start our trip there. For the boys they even could use a kayak which they enjoyed. Breakfast was amazing when comparing with Italy standards.

Location was excellent, even though that section of Siracusa is a bit rundown. It is not a bad neighborhood just needs a lot of renovations. The apartments themselves are new, very clean and modern. Just wonderful. -

We were very impressed with the HUGE apartment that we were given at Residence royal. It was massive with a big bedroom, living/kitchen and large bathroom. Very clean and staff friendly. We were able to cook a nice meal. Staff were very sweet and friendly. -

A trully fantastic appartment in the heart of the old town Syracuse
(Ortygia). It is very spacious and has 3 bedrooms is excellent
decorative order, two of them in the high loft space. Parking is
relatively easy to find and was not a problem. The owner (communicated
through email) and the manager were very attentive and looked after us
very well.

We stayed as a family of 4 adults ( parents in late 50th and young couple, our son with his wife in late 20th). The apartment is very spacious, 2 bathrooms, we didn't even use the part if it all. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are air conditions in all rooms. It's located on 2 nd floor and it's not suitable for people with walking problem: steep stairs
