  The innkeepers were wonderful, charming and so helpful. The place is immaculate in a beautiful setting. The breakfast was delightful and they provided a suggestion for a close restaurant which was thoroughly delicious. Overall, there is not one negative to say about it. The rooms were clean and the staff were more than willing to assist with any requests. There was a variety of choices for breakfast with freshly made coffees to order.   proximity to the bus stop of the direct bus from the train station - Locations was excellent even though it was just outside the walls. Parking was key! Loved that I didn't have to drive the narrow streets with all the pedestrian traffic. Breakfast was good and fresh. Coffee was excellent!

  Rita was attentive before we even arrived. She advised us of parking (which is in a secure public lot a ways from the B&B) and offered help with our luggage. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised that she had upgraded us to a spacious "suite" complete with a nicely equipped, small kitchen (in which we prepared a dinner of local specialtie... mitä ihmiset sanovat » s!). The apartment was simply charming; some stone walls, lovely furnishings, wonderful bathroom with chic, modern appliances; and, many large, double - Very central. Good security staff while only on site for breakfast went out of their way to help us including picking us up from ports nova bus depot and taking us up the hill in their car which was appreciated by New Zealand travellers who had been travelling over 25 hours to get to this first port of stay. The bed was very comfortable so comfortable we were able to come back to property for a nap before dinner and that was only a few steps very reasonable pizza and restaurant. Cannot say enou

  The photographs do not do the hotel justice. It is not only beautiful but the location is wonderful. The hotel personnel make you feel like family--they are very accommodating and extremely friendly. We had a room with 4 single beds. The room was lovely and roomy and much more attractive than the picture. The hotel was recommended by friends ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » and they will get a great bottle of wine along with our thanks. - The charm of the owners and the location of this hotel to the bus depot and the center of the city were just great. While this is not an upscale hotel, and everything about it is not perfect, I would not hesitate to stay again. The view from my room was just stunning. EWvery member of the family worked there, and all were very kind and incredibly helpful.

  Very good facilities and the best if you are driving it has a parking rigth in front of the Hotel. Satff very good and the restaurant food and service is superv. they provided a 10% discount to Hotel guests. - Charming place, rooms with a great view. Everything was lovely. Great location. Clean and spacious rooms. Highly recommend.

This hotel has it all; professional and helpful bi-lingual staff, warm and inviting accommodations, a wonderful dining room with a free continental breakfast, and a great location in a quiet setting with a spectacular view. However, the location is such that one can easily walk to Assisi. This hotel gets a 10 out of 10 rating in my book. - Staff was great.
