  We only stayed one night but I can tell you it was a great stay. The hosts welcomed us at the door, they were chatty friendly sooooo nice.The room was very nice and the bathroom was excellent - the shower was big with good pressure and hot water. I like this hotel very much but the attitude and friendliness of the hosts is de - If this hotel was situated in the historic center then it would definitely be one the best hotels in Rome. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean and cosy. Definitely one of the best designed hotel ever stayed in.

  We had an excellent experience. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The guesthouses's staff was welcoming and helpful when it came to answering our questions. During the check-in, they even made recommendations of cheap restaurants in the area that serve traditional Italian dishes.   Enjoyed staying here, we one used it for one night to be close to the station to fly out the next day. It's a great budget option, large room, clean and secure. We stayed around the Trivoli Fountain for 5 nights at the start of our trip. We found the restaurants so expensive there. ( You pay gor locatoon).   Peter was so helpful and friendly. He printed bus maps for us and was a wealth of information. He spoke French and English which worked for us. The location is very convenient and quiet with our balcony looking over the courtyard. A little out of the center but the bus is just minutes away.   I wanted to rate this apartohotel excellent plus plus but that feature is not available for selction in the site.We had an wonderful stay...excellent room,excellent staff including mr alfred and mr shahbaz,excellent taxi services ..They are always at your help..it is like staying in your home with an extremely helpful neighbour which is rare today... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ...we dropped our keys inside the keyhole and door got locked..they immmediately helped us out with technical staff..when we reached rome there wasa - Very impressed. Large apartment with two large bedrooms (one large double and one twin), living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and balconies. Four TVs(!). Good heating. Aircon units in the rooms but we didn't need those. Everything you need is in the apartments including a lovely basket of teas, jams etc. The owners couldn't have been more helpful, even walking with us to the local shop to buy bus tickets.
