  Staff were very friendly, gave a huge level of detail on where everything was and gave clear directions, location was literally 5-10 minutes from Colosseum. Air conditioning made it comfortable in the height of summer. Wi-Fi was also of a decent speed and was included in the price. The breakfast included is a little light but is pleasant. Overall excellent value for m - The host, Luigi, was incredibly nice and was great at explaining all the touristic highlight Rome has to offer and how to avoid certain tourist traps. The area is close to the Central station and is about a 10-15 minutes walking distance from the Colosseum

Irina was extremely friendly and helpful, our room was comfortable and clean, and we controlled our air conditioning (a huge plus after 12 hours of walking!).   This was my 4th visit to Rome. Owner was amazing. He was waiting for us at the reception when we arrived and we noticed that he did this for every single guest, no matter what time they arrived day or night. We stayed in the Blue room between my parents (sharing the Queen bed) and myself on the twin. There is a kitchen with breakfast/snacks read - The facilities were clean and the room was large and colorful. It was just the shower that was small but that was all we needed. Location is across the street from the main train station so we didn't have to carry our luggage too far. Staff were friendly but we only dealt with them when we checked in since they do not stay on site. They do provide you with a phone number in case you need anything.   The hotel is really good... We stayed there 2 nights. We asked for a room with two separate beds and they give us a 3 persons room with one double bed and one single bed. In the room there is a big fridge, air conditioner and a boiler with cups and tea, plus a hair dryer in the bath room. The location is also very nice, its a walking distance from the maine city center attraction. I - Location is good. To walk, it takes only 5 minutes from Roma Termini. And it takes only 2 minutes to walk to the nearest metro station. If you like, you may walk to Colosseum and it only takes around 15 minutes. Staffs are friendly and helpful. They really helped a lot in our journey. They helped to keep our luggage for few days when we were out for visiting Sicilia. The rooms are big to easily accommodate 2 people and the bed is really comfortable.
