  The Owner is an interesting lady who keeps the place in a perfect way. Room are spacious with a large bathroom. The guest house is on the 3th floor of a old nice building. It is really nice and you will have the feeling to be in house more than a Hotel. It is safe and well located.   I had a very pleasant stay at Caligola resort and hereby recommend it to everyone! The location is just great, nearby to Trastevere. Room was perfect, with a good bed and bathroom, big TV and nice balcony. Everything was cleaned daily. Roberto, the owner and his daughter and son are very friendly and helpful. Will recommend - Roberto, the landlord, is a very friendly and a helpful man. He makes you feel comfortable just like being at home.   Its clean, starting from the gate, the elevator, the corridor of the guesthouse and the room. It's cozy. It gave us a homey feeling. I didnt meet Victoria as she was in the hospital but her son Leandro accommodated us well. He gave a free map and suggested the best time and routes to visit places. From termini it is not so far and we easily located it. I dont know w - Victoria is very nice owner. Room was clean, bedding also, what is very important to me. Rooms are without breakfast. But you get coffee and tea if you like in the rooms. Location is near station Termini. We had to leave town in 4:30 A.M. So it was quit and safe street to get to station.
