  We were very impressed by La Girandola. It is only 3 or 4 minutes from the Fiumicino Airport platform at Roma Termini, which is so convenient. The Hotel is outstandingly clean and nicely decorated. Our room had wifi, a safe and a refrigerator and very comfortable twin beds.   When we arrived, we had the pleasant surprise to get an upgrade from a normal room to a studio (with kitchenette). The room is very comfortable and spacious enough.. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and nice (though we arrived at about 11am, our room was ready).   Myself and my boyfriend were looking for a cheap but clean ad nice place to stay close to the attractions in Rome.. This hotel also included breakfast in the stay was a major plus. We read a few complaints about the breakfast but it didnt bother us as it was so cheap we would manage. When we got there The staff were so lovely and efficient. From the moment I arrived I was welcomed and valued as a resident at the hotel. It was clean and up to date. The rooms were functional but not tiny and enabled a relaxing evening after a long day walking around Rome. The breakfast, continental style was lovely and plenty of it. WiFi was free and it allows for skyping friends and family at home. Altogether a wonderful experience for a city hotel, great value for money.

  The room was very comfortable and clean. The location was very good - close enough to walk to the Spanish Steps and about 15 minutes to the Barberini subway station. It is just a bit away from the hectic touristy spots in Rome. The area was quiet.We only took public transit when we went to the Vatican we walked everywhere. But the hotel staff was simply outstanding. I would definitely look forward to staying there the next time I visit Rome.
