Good budget accom, clean, spacious room close to sightseeing, shops and cafes,breakfast included, bargain, all good. Great value for location which is hard to beat. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. I had lovely stay. Very close to the Vatican and metro stations, very clean and the room was very well equipped. Excellent location and very helpfull and friendly staff.

The location and staff friendliness. - friendly staff - clean rooms - location the rooms were relatively big, cheap facilities but if you book such a hotel i guess you don't care. rooms were also very clean. metro-station, vatican city and a market (you can get fruits, vegetables and other delicacies there) are 5 minutes to go. It has a very good location and the staff are kind and helpful, although they have some language issues :) The price/value ratio is good. Location and staff. Andreas really made the difference. Very helpful and with good tips. The guy in the resorption was kind and helpful ! Good berkfast!. no staff available 24/7, no breakfast available on first day. Excellent shower. Location, Clean. Bed was a little uncomfortable and the TV was old with only one channel. hard to find. There's a problem with bathroom. - very poor breakfast - VERY THIN WALLS, you were able to here EVERYTHING that's going on in the rooms beside you and even in the toilet in your room . that was really not cool. - no hairdryer (maybe just bad for the girls) in fact this is no hotel but a hostel or something - like one apartment where the rooms are to rent! also (beside two restaurantes) there are no bars around, you have to walk a while (or take the metro). Actually for this price there wasn't anything that not acceptable. The room and the bathroom were a little bit too small, and i wouldn't eat from the floor but all in all nothing was really bad. Bed and noisy room. In the begging the put me in a semi room.. It was look really bad and not like the photos they put in the web. It's wasn't a real room, just some small spaces they took and build a room in it, I demand to move so they change it to areal one better! You can hear everything from the hall of the hostel..which is uncomfortable. no WIFI all throughout although it says wifi is available... Creaking bed. This "hotel" advertises the only refurbished room on its file on letsbookhotel.com However all other rooms don´t look like the super mordern one. Instead you receive a sort of an emergency camping bed and an old school room equipment...Hopelessly overpriced. Did not take credit/debit card. Breakfast was basically toast, hostel not a hotel, extremely thin walls. Poor rooms without true doors!!!! If you want to make sex with your girl or wife you have problem to hear you all the people inside the Vatican bed!!...and the most think are old and they have problems.....toilet...windows...bed...shirts....etc.... room adapted form private home not very comfortable. It was very loud. That was caused by the thin walls. Withered flowers outside the window. Humeditity, dirty, cold, dump, wet rooms!.
