It has excellent bus and metro links around the city, as well as links to both Ciampino and Fiumicino Airports.

Good location, all monuments within a walking distance (with an exception for Vatican). Near Termini station. Very nice restaurant on the other side of the street (sometimes they have life music - good to have a room with street view;). You can feel Rome spirit in this hotel. The size of the room was just good enough - same for the bathroom. This small hotel is very clean, AND VERY VERY NEAR TERMINI STATION (about 300m), where are shuttle buses from airports stopping. Coffe for breakfast is very good, but croissant, well, the size is enough for a baby!.

Having to ring the buzzer and the climb up the stairs to the second floor where the hotel is located. Cash only, no credit cards. I couldn't have visitors in my room. It doesn't metter what time is there is a rule- No visitors in the room!!!It's very un convinient...!. Small lift. The English is a little poor, the floor is not the best clean. To small elevator..and Aircondition should been installed..hot in the room. Wifi is sometimes unstable. Does not take credit cards. Some of the reception staff working there only speak Italian, so communication was sometimes difficult. It was sometimes quite noisy (bell, water flushing from next room), so you should have earplugs with you. Some stuff are not speaking english:). What I didn't like was that I have to use 2 cafes next door for the included b/fast and sometimes wasn't open at the time I have to leave. The staff only speaks Italian. the hotel is clean and we felt comfortable to live here. Would obviosly not recommend for a long stay - room is very small and simple. Compared to price, the room was very small and conjested. The supplement breakfast was not good enough. It would have been better.
