In one word: everything. The design, with lots of tricks and ideas to be used in our own design projects; the location, in the heart of the city, but still so quiet and green; the oh so friendly (and helpful) Barbara and Simone, the fact that you can imagine how great the palazzo will look when the restauration works will be completed; the splendid breakfast served at an incredible 6.30 am, just for us not to skip it. This boutique hotel is fantastic - Fillipo and his staff were amazing and very helpful - especially with transport and getting to and from Venice.
It is a well designed and superbly fitted out apartment style rooms.
Mestre is a great option to stay rather than to fight getting yourself and luggage to Venice island which is a 15 minute bus ride to Venice.
Legrenzi Rooms are located close to the bus and train station and a great restaurant and bar plus shopping is right outside the door!

Voto 10 Meritato! Clean, comfortable and spacious (inside and out). The direct access from our room to a little patio with table and chairs was convenient for the few times we decided to buy lunch/dinner and eat it at the B&B. Perfect location to visit Lake Garda and everything it offers. This B&B was like having our home away from home with a pool! Breakfast was always a pleasure!
