The best thing here is the receptionists. They were extremely helpful and courteous. Thank you very much Adriano and Massimo. There was no noise at all and I was able to sleep well. I don't know how it sounds in the holiday season, though. The hotel is not far away from St. Mark. You can walk or take take ?bus" to it. By "the bus" stop Academia is a small restaurant owned by a family from Tunisia. Amany was a great hostess there.

The location was excellent as expected however the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful...this was somewhat surprising after reading some poor reviews but very very welcome. - The Hotel was easily accessible from the Waterbus stop and near restaurants and bars. We stayed here for 12 nights at the beginning of August. The location is superb with only a short walk along the beautiful lakeshore into Peschiera del Garda town center. There is a public beach only 5 mins from the hotel and a restaurant next door which gives you a 10% discount because you are staying in the hotel.
