  Our room was at the Biasin side, first floor with great views on the bridge and canal. Newly renovated bathroom, spacious 3 pers. room. Wifi worked in the room too (above the lobby).   The location of this hotel was superb, only minutes from St Mark's Square. It was very clean overall and the room was very nicely decorated, very comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast was excellent with plenty to eat, lots of variety in a delightful breakfast room.   The location was excellent as expected however the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful...this was somewhat surprising after reading some poor reviews but very very welcome. - The Hotel was easily accessible from the Waterbus stop and near restaurants and bars.
