  Our room was at the Biasin side, first floor with great views on the bridge and canal. Newly renovated bathroom, spacious 3 pers. room. Wifi worked in the room too (above the lobby).   The two-bedroom suite was great. The rooms were large and nicely decorated. The bathroom had an additional room with a 2nd sink, so two adults could easily get cleaned up. The hotel is very convenient to St. Mark's Square just by crossing the Grand Canal via traghetto, and then walking a couple of blocks.   We enjoyed the use of bikes to cycle into the town. This was the second time we have stayed in the hotel and chose it again because we were so pleased with the hotel, location, pool, welcome and our room. - I loved the bikes they had available! Also the gym. The room was quiet and comfy. The attached restaurant was splendid.
