Staff is great and overall first impression is really good. Reception and lounge are nice and welcoming. Breakfast with no problems.

Umberto and his family were so helpful and welcoming. La francigena is a lovely place to stay. The pool and gardens were the perfect place to spend each afternoon between sightseeing visits to the surrounding area. Our apartment was comfortable and spacious with esp comfortable beds, generous shower and lovely 1900s italian furnishings.
