Absolutely loved this place. Big room with a fantastic bed. Nice bathroom and it was all very clean. Hotel is nice and isolated, but there is a great restaurant just a short walk away. Didn't use the pool or hot tub due to the weather, but they both looked decent. If you are out here at the right time of year, and walking back from the restaurant at night, keep your eyes peeled for fireflies. Amazing

We stayed at four different hotels in Italy and Agriturismo Il Termine was by far the best hotel. Very nice staff, you feel as you are part of the family. The hotel also had fantastic food!!! The best food on Elba including the breakfast. It is a small and cosy hotel so if you want to relax and enjoy nature this is the place to visit. We only regret that we could not stay longer!

Amazing place, beautiful scenery. Clean, spacious room. Bathroom was clean with fresh towels and bed linen. The owner was so generous with recommendations. The house is 8km from the hot spring. The information the owners provide are detailed in dinner recommendations etc. the breakfast was fresh and all homemade. We would recommend this farm stay.

Absolutely beautiful property and scenery. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful - even picked us up and dropped us off from the bus stop when our car rental fell through. We also received a surprise upgrade to a fully equipped 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment when we only asked for one room with a double bed and a view. The apartment was amazing

my husband & I, answering any questions we had and making sure we
had a great experience. The villa was very clean, quiet and after
visiting other parts of Italy, my husband and I both agree it was our
favorite place to stay. We got excellent restaurant and area information
from Andrea & Simone. The level of service they provided made us
feel like family, and we would highly recommend staying at Villa Talente

My teenage son and I spent a wonderful week at the "Podere
Bellavista", which is peacefully located among the vineyards and
the olive trees. The accommodation was perfect (bedroom + living-room
with kitchenette, beautiful terrace); both the apartment and the
surroundings were kept perfectly clean. We enjoyed the beautiful swimming-
pool, the magnificent view and Virginia's friendly hospitality.

This was a lovely property surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. We
had a family (2 bedroom) apartment which was well laid out. The kitchen
was old but ok. The owners and staff were very welcoming and friendly
and it was a pleasure sharing meals (and lots of wine) with other guests

We spent 2 nights and wish it had been longer. Perfect get away. Owner
kindly lent us their bikes to roam around the vineyards and beautiful
countryside, we took a cooking class which was lovely. Their own
produced wine was great, the atmosphere friendly and the food was non
stop. All round pleasure. Oh not to mention they have a pool!
Highly recommended and we will return.
