  We loved everything! The name bellavista is well deserved, the views are amazing in all directions. Great location to explore Tuscany and Umbria. There are bikes for you to use, but a car is necessary to travel around the area. The rooms are well-sized, spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. If your're thinking of any other in this area then don't you won't find better than this. We loved our stay and will be r - We were exceptionally pleased with the flexibility of the owner as we arrived later than planned and she guided us right to the hotel. Cinzia was actually willing to drive down, meet us and lead us up if we needed her to. Besides being wonderfully accommodating, she also made several great suggestions for dining and shopping. Cinzia was so friendly she immediately made us feel right at home. A terrific experience and well worth the trip.
