  What a weekend, this Villa is unbelievable- 3 rooms/kitchenette with dishes/balcony overlooking the Italian Riviera/beach, beach layout chairs/umbrellas for guests of the Villa; superbly decorated; great bed; excellent WiFi; elevator; fenced in Villa; no issues parking my car; the smells/the sounds- this is a gem (& for 100 euro/night, the p... mitä ihmiset sanovat » rice is outrageously cheap). Francesca and her husband live on the bottom floor (manage or own the place?)- wanted to stay an extra day, she had to - more or less directly on the best spot on the beach. Very friendly owner. The guy who was coming for getting the keys was punctual in an italian way ;-) and only spoke italian. I spent some days alone. Would like to come back for more time together with friends to enjoy the balcony and everything together :-)

  We stayed one week in Il Poderino with an 2 year old child and it was magnificent. We loved the view and paecefull caracter. We had a groundfloor appartment with private garden. Lovely! The owners are very friendly and helpfull. Can't wait to go back!! Greets Daan, Griet & Bernard.   Excellent location for the hot springs. You can walk there in 10 minutes. Well worth that alone. The springs are fab and free. Staff at Le Cascatelle do not speak much English but they made us very welcome and even got some Italian guests who did speak English to ask if everything is ok. The owner is lovely and gave us a wine tasting (of 3 differe... mitä ihmiset sanovat » nt ones) before showing us to our room. He also went to get lengths to give us maps in English of other areas to explore - which were lovely. We spent - Location, room design ( had a double room) and terrace, welcoming host, the lack of common language was easy to get around. Great to be able to walk into open fields and find our own part of the hot springs away from the crowds. Easy to get to the main springs,walk or drive its easy either way. Village at the top of the hill was very nice with plenty of restaurants and bars to spend the evenings.
