Staffs and the Ms were very very kind, the hotel is very very near at all interested point, Duomo, Sant Lorent church, Old palace, etc..very near at the Stations. The room was cleaned. A wonderful hotel with excellent facilities including a swimming pool and lovely views of Sienna. We got excellent service from all the staff, especially the receptionists and the barman who has a great sense of humour and taste in music. - We loved the friendly environment and felt that this was the best value for our entire 15 day stay in Italy.

Residenzia del Sogno is a charming B&B nestled in the hills of Tuscany. The owners were a delight and made us feel so much at home. Nora's breakfasts were fabulous and her knowledge of the area is second to none. The location is excellent being close to Florence and Siena and a number of remarkable outlying towns. My wife and I would go back in a heartbeat...just wonderful.

The owners were friendly and very accomodating. They recommended local restaurants and made reservations on our behalf for the restaurant and a taxi. The location is great, just 2 blocks from the walled city so it was convenient for us walk or bicycle to the walled city. The complementary bicycles were a great plus. Tuscan style building and food. We ate in the dining room a few times and were delighted with the food and the very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfasts and dining room. In fact the whole building was beautiful and the shutters - closed during the hot parts of the day was as good as air con. Only used the pool a few times but enjoyed it very much.
Owner Marco drove us into town to do some shopping and collected us later - what service! Pierre the dog became a good friend. Such a relaxin
