  The staff is perfect! We were unable to check-in before 23 pm, even we arrived after 01 am (though we told before that we ould come at 22 pm) because of very hard road from Napoli through Campania and Calabria. It seemed to be lost... It seemed we would have our beds on a street... But the cool guy Pietro came away and saved us!)) PS: and a dog in the inner - I've spent 2 weeks in Civitas B&B. The room is very spacious, clean and the towels are changed daily. It is very close to city centre as well as bus and train stations. Interior is very nice decorated. Pietro and Leonardo are very friendly and helpful in every possible way. I highly recommend it for staying!

  We were the only guests in Hotel Jack's as the tourist season in Milazzo has dwindled down. We were impressed that someone stayed in the hotel all night to "guard" us and they were also there during the day. No one spoke English but they were very cordial. We had our breakfast in the other hotel. - Nino the manager is very friendly and helpful. He helped us with the parking and carrying up the luggage. Also gave good recommendations were to eat and how to get there. The hotel is well located, not far from the port.
