This is a beautiful hotel with careful attention to every detail to make the guest feel welcome and special. The rooms are spotless and beautifully decorated with clean linen/towels. Even the pool towels are replaced each day. Nothing was too much trouble for our host and hostess. They recommended restaurants, booked them for us and helped with accommodation for our son who came to stay. Breakfast is traditional, home made and organic, with choices of delicious pastries and cakes each day.

The owner Concetta is fantastic. Extremely helpful, friendly and did all she could make our stay unforgettable. When all ferries from Lampedusa was cancelled due to the weather she drove us around town in order to secure some of the few last-minute flight tickets to Palermo. -

I (67 yrs) was travelling with my God daughter (29) who has cerebral palsy. All the staff treated her with respect and good humour and indulged her attempts to speak Italian, she has difficulty speaking English! Nothing was too much trouble and when an incident occurred that necessitated a change of bedding, I was assure it was "no problem". The apartment was more than I expected, beautifully appointed and scrupulously clean. A truly wonderful stay.

We had the most incredible time here. The location is great - close
enough to the nearby beaches and towns to do day (and night) trips. The
pool and surrounding area with orange trees, lounges and day beds is so
peaceful and relaxing that we didn't want to leave. On top of this
the staff are all so friendly and welcoming. A special mention must also
go to the owner who really went out of her way to make our stay
something to remember. We are already planning our next visit!!

The room was superb. - I had high expectations for this hotel, but we were still blown away by the conscientiousness of the staff, attention to detail in the rooms, and overall sense of precision. This is a lovely and very special place, and the breakfast doesn't disappoint! Even as a vegan, I found myself with more delicious options than can be properly sampled in a single meal. And a great view of Etna, too!

The personal service provided by Daniela and Giovanni was outstanding. They couldn't have done more for us and made our stay in the Arabian suite really special. The suite was beautiful with great attention to detail. Gabriela provided wonderful breakfasts to our suite and also a couple of delicious dinners when my husband wasn't feeling well.

This b & b was absolutely charming and luxurious, full of character. The owner's attention to every detail was superb. SHe couldn't have done more to make our stay a joy, including meeting us on arrival to help us park the car and take us to the rooms. A wonderful breakfast was served in our room each morning. This b and b was an absolute delight and extraordinarily good value. The location, right between the old and new towns, was very convenient.

From the moment the boat docked the hotel staff was there to take care of us. Thier van and took up directly to the hotel, bought us coffee and then took our bags to our room. The restaurant-Trattoria da Umberto was wonderful. They had wonderful food and were very accomadating to our children. The food was fresh and the menu had many options.

Thank you, - We were met at the dock by the hotel transport – found a really comfortable room and bathroom which was clean and everything worked. There was enough kitchen equipment to make self catering easy, as well as delicious Sicilian food in the restaurant next door.
