Very nice place, high level of service, nice and friendly staff, located just a few steps from the square in front of Il Duomo. Close to restaurants, shopping and Culture. Parking free of charge in the street below, worked perfectly with direct access from the hotelelevator. Wifi worked perfectly, fast access. Nice view over the Ragusa valley. I would lika to come back. Can be highly recommended!

Big and quiet room, wi-fi worked properly. Only 3 rooms to share the male/female bathrooms so it was no drawback. Close to public transport hub, very convenient if you plan daily trips to other parts of Sicily or even Monreale. -

Do not compare a 5* hotel in Sicily with a 5* hotel anywhere else in the world...Saying that, we had a lovely time despite some flaws, exploring the Etna region and playing golf on the oldest golf course in Sicily nearby (green fee reduction when you stay in the hotel). Make sure to visit Castiglione di Sicilia about 1/2 hr. away. Hotel is in a very quiet area in well kept grounds, perfect for a short break. Good Wi-Fi connection in rooms, but somehow slow speed (as everywhere in Sicily).

The room was a great size, very clean and modern. We booked it because of the pool which was great. The breakfast was the best we had whilst touring Sicily. We liked the fact that it had a bar that you could relax in the evenings. Good base for visiting this area but you would need a car. -
