  Use of laptop computer provided in suite with 2 hours free internet use. Very friendly and helpful staff. Suite was exceptionally clean with daily cleaning and fresh towels. Great value and very convenient location.   The family who run the hotel are extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel has really good amenities including flat screen TVs and internet access/laptops in the rooms and is excellent value for money. Fantastic breakfast. - Very well located.   This is a really wonderful place, located right in the heart of the oldest part of Syracuse. It has been elegantly converted into a series of spacious suites, all with individual facilities. It is within easy walking distance of all the major sites, as well as some excellent local restaurants. The layout and quality offurnishing; the cleanliness and facilities available (the opportunityfor self-catering) I have never before seen in a hotel; of such modestcharge.
