  Everything from location to family that run the business. Very relaxed & homely atmosphere, beautiful accommodation on the 3rd floor with excellent wi-fi service. Only 1 km from nearest shops in one direction & 2km to the village of Sirmione an all it's fab streets an restaurants etc . The delightful ladies at reception gave us a map and instructions to get around. Our apartment was spacious and functional, only lacking a corkscrew and some washing up sponges/soap. A basic breakfast is available at an additional cost. Wifi was a little patchy in the room but didn't cause us too much trouble as another router was based in reception. Overall a very good stay.

  As always the service staff is really kind and helpful, its a pleasure to stay with our large dogs which is not so easy around Lake Garda. - I found the staff very friendly, the actual location and the view over the countyside and lake was nice. It was clean and comfortable.

  The wellness centre was very good, especially the Hammam. The breakfast despite some negative reviews I had read was very good. We were with the dho ski team for the British Alpine Championships and the hotel staff were very accommodating of early starts, kids and ski kit all over the place.
