We had two days in Rome and this was the perfect hotel for it.
Location: Less than a 10 minute walk to Trevi Fountain. We were able to easily walk to the Coliseum/Roman Forum, Spanish Steps and Pantheon (and take the hop-on, hop-off bus to the Vatican). We were even able to see most sites both during the day and at night (Coliseum and Trevi are

The whole experience was fantastic. We felt as thought we were exclusive, within the luxurious estate, and could not fault the prompt assistance from the staff.
The breakfast was superb.
Recommendations by staff , including bookings for restaurants were also well managed. Our room was a Palatial size bedroom and ensuite complete with deep bath. 24 hour concierge was also a secure comfort.
Highly recommended for a stay.

Excellent location 3 min walk from the Coliseum and 5 minutes walk from the Metro .
Staing at the b&b allows you to reach any point in Rome by foot without using public transportation at all.

Very warm welcome, the young couple managing this B&B/appartment was friendly, helpfull and kind. we stayed for 3 nights in the "suite" with the water bed and the spa. the room is furnished with taste and every little detail is thought through. the bathroom is furnished with stone and wood which makes it relaxing and modern. Perfect location in Rome . Walking distance from all major sights. Staff spoke all languages and was well trained and super friendly . Rooms and beds were amazingly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and dedinitely a must. Views of Rome from hotel were breathtaking . A must stay when visiting Rome.

Antonio, oh, Antonio! You made our stay so wonderful, we will remember it forever! Thank you for roses and champaign on our honeymoon! Jacuzzi on the roof top with night Roma view is incredible! We are under the best impressions and would reccomend this hotel to our friends.

The staff were amazing and could not do enough to make you feel welcome. It was a small, boutique hotel that offered little extras to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable; for example they arranged a massage in the hotel, flowers in our room and catered for our gluten free diets. Eating breakfast on the terrace at any time that suited us, overlooking the city was a great start to every day and then in the evening we could relax in the roof top spa pool. Would definitely stay again.

My wife and I greatly appreciated our stay at this hotel.
We have a wonderful time there, and the receptionist was so helpful.
To be honest all the staff was very nice and helpful.
Not to forget the restaurant la terrazza briliant, with a veal to die for among other wonders.
The one star Michelin is really well deserved.
