Owner spoke only a little English but we muddled through and was part of the experience.
Nice spacious room.
Excellent double glazed windows meant it was quiet at night even in a busy and noisy area.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The location was very good - close enough to walk to the Spanish Steps and about 15 minutes to the Barberini subway station. The Location was excellent for getting to the heart of Rome and a short walk to the rail station or bus system, or taxis. There were things to see and do as well as affordable eating places nearby. The breakfast was wonderful compared to what other hotels offered for breakfast. But the hotel staff was simply outstanding. I would definitely look forward to staying there the next time I visit Rome.

I would really recommend Four Rivers as it was in a fantastic location and the staff were brilliant. It was within easy walking distance to all the major sites and luckily for me there was a close by taxi rank, which was helpful, as I was unfortunately on crutches during my stay. very good. This is a b&b on the 2nd floor of an old block, and once
you get to the 2nd floor it's excellent, the rooms are large, well
fitted out, clean and well serviced. However, although the booking
photos show the plaza, the entrance to the building is a steel barred
gate on a small side street which the taxi found tough to locate. The
initial impression from the entrance gate is therefore not as expected.

but it far exceeded our expectations! Breakfast was the best, complete
with scrambled eggs and fried bacon along with the normal Italian

Wonderful place, felt like home, Irina is extremely friendly, I stayed alone for 4 nights, the location is excellent, a two minute walk from Saint Peter's Square and a three minute walk from San Pietro's Train Station. Breakfast is open all day so you can basically wake up whenever you want! Loved it.
