  Monica was very helpful for our primarily English speaking family. She was one of the nicest, most helpful people I have met while in Italy for nearly 2 years.   Staff very friendly and very helpful, we even got a small present during our stay. There's also a spa with saunas in the hotel. Location is good, near Vaticano, metro and shopping street. Breakfast is served on the third floor with a terrace, which is very nice in a good weather and there's a roof in case of rain. The hotel is close to the Metro station and to the Vatikan. We had a nice, quiet room to the backside of the hotel.
