Small, neat and quite hotel with 24h reception. Our double room No 212 was spacious, clean and very comfortable, facing inner yard, thus quite at night. Do not expect sea views as it is centre located hotel, however Termini (central railway and bus station) is just 5 min away. No breakfast, but we did not need it and there are plenty of bars/pasticeries where you can have cappucino with freshly baked pastries/snacks. I would like to say special thanks to Ruslan at reception, who speaks English

Location was excellent one block from Termini Station. Staff were all excellent, informative and helpful. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit Rome. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful, providing us maps and directions for visiting the city. They speak English very well. It's a 20 minute walk to the Vatican, maximum 10 minutes to the subway. At the Valle Aurelia Station you go up an then go by foot on Via Anastasio II. Also there is a bus station in front of the hotel, with 2 buses leading in different areas in the city center.
The room was simple with old furniture, but it was clean, with enough space and a nice balcony.
All in all, it's a good place to crash when on a budget; good value for money.

Owner was very nice and helpful. Hotel was located 800m from the train station and easy to walk to but it was rather hard on the pull along suite case as the pavement was rough and uneven. I broke off one wheel before and had to buy an expensive replacement suite case in Stockholm. The owner was kind to give us a ride on our way out. -
