  Staff were very friendly and helpful. Superior rooms were large with nice bathrooms. We walked to lots of major attractions: Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colloseum and Roman Forums were all 15 - 20 minutes easy walk away. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, they recommended very good restaurants in Rome and also helped us find some of the locations we wanted to visit. It's a small place, but very clean and with a good vibe, we felt safe and it was a pleasure to come back after a day walking. Breakfast was simple, don't expect more than for a typical 2 stars hotel, but we found it enough for all tastes. The rest of the hotel however was much above 2 stars.

Beautiful place, spacious room, very high ceilings, we could see few historical buildings right from the window. Room was warm with a big bed. Location is absolutely amazing. Colosseo around the corner, we literally walked everywhere (even returned from Vatican by foot ). Breakfast was brought into the room on your selected time. We really enjoyed to stay there. If I go to Rome again I'll stay there again.

  Excellent and simple bed, chair, and armoire. I was in P1 so I had 2 skylights. Very friendly staff, even though I couldn't speak (virtually any) Italian. Very useful breakfast which I had several days. - Room was very clean and adequate standard for the price. Location is close to the subway, two stops from Termini Railway Station.

  I had to stay in Rome for two days only and I decided to spend the night there because of the location (close to the Termini Station: buses, metro, trains). I think was the best choice I've made given the price. The room was clean and has it all the basic needs. Another good thing is that you can stay as late as you want. It won't be any problem. Just give them a - It is very close to Termini Station (less than 3 minutes walking). If you are traveling to Ciampino Airport this will be very convinient (buses to Ciampino departs from Termini Station). No need to pay more to stay close to the Colisseum or Vatican City, the Metro will take you there or you can walk, you will have something to spot every two blocks! Tha bathroom was really nice!! clean and big.

Nice staff and very helpful, 24 hour reception (guarding the hotel), the room was clean, with small refrigerator and a safe with PIN to save your staffs. the toilet was ok with shower gel and clean towels.   The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and took care of our needs in a most wonderful way. The room was spacious and the view overlooking the Mediterranean from the balcony was outstanding. - Friendly and accommodating staff. For a first time visit to Italy, I felt welcomed and safe. Overall, it was a great stay and we will - I liked the breakfeast in the morning as it realy brang out the Italian side of food culture especially being from the uk the difference is incredable! As I stayed over the easter weekend you could feel the excitement from the locals regarding the new pope Francis. The location was great with only a 12 minuite walk to Vatican City and metro line! It is a quiet real Italian feel throughout the hotel and surrounding streets! I will defiantly be back!

  The staff is nice and will make you feel welcome. The rooms are OK. It's a 5 minute walk from Termini train station and city centre is not far away. Breakfast is decent. I would say it's expensive for what you get, but in fact it's very good value for money for a place like Rome. I was glad I stayed there. - The place was clean, well located.

  Great value, basic, functional hotel. Ideal for pre cruise overnight in Civitavechia which is what we did. Staff (Ana) were extremely friendly, and helpful, the room was clean and a good shower. Breakfast was nicely presented continental style, meat, cheese, croissants, yogurt, cereals, tea, coffee.
