Nice and cozy rooms with new modern furniture. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, they recommended very good restaurants in Rome and also helped us find some of the locations we wanted to visit. It's a small place, but very clean and with a good vibe, we felt safe and it was a pleasure to come back after a day walking.
Breakfast was simple, don't expect more than for a typical 2 stars hotel, but we found it enough for all tastes. The rest of the hotel however was much above 2 stars.

I liked my room a lot. It was more than comfortable. The bathroom was nice, but not having a shower curtain or door took a bit of getting used to. Rome is a great place to visit,we found the Romans friendly people but bad drivers(some insults were transmitted),having rented bikes made all the difference to visit the city,amazingly few people cycle around,the food is great

fantastic location a couple of nice local restaurants, excellent value for money, friendly staff and a real treat. Its an old building and has loads of character. Don't expect 5 star luxury but this is perfect for a short break. Check out the local entertainment at the wood shop next door
