I also appreciate that this hotel is run by a - Location: 15 minute walk to cafe/restaurant area of Trastevere, beautiful small park across the street (Villa Sciarra), beautiful huge park 5 minute walk away (Villa Doria Pamphilli)...one of the prettiest city parks I've ever seen. Safe area all around. Staff was great, facilities were comfortable. Patio/garden area were great. I've been to Rome 6 times and each time was in the Historic areas...Trastevere was a nice change of pace and much cheaper.

  Very clean and had everything we needed. A pickup was arranged for us from the airport as we arrived late and we were met at the apartment by the owner who checked is in and have us all the information we would need for our stay in Rome. Air conditioning was great as it was extremely hour in Rome. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of spac... mitä ihmiset sanovat » e for our family of four with a nice terrace to sit outside. we enjoyed our stay very much. - We stayed at the "via della Penna" location. We really enjoyed the welcoming of Marco. He did a thourough tour of the appartement with us making sure we understood all the fonctionning of all the equipments (AC, kitchen, wi-fi, etc...). The place is within walking distance from a metro station and from an "open air" shopping center that are the "via corso" and "piazza di spagna". Highly recommanded.

  Very close to the train and bus station. Extremely clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast brought to your room at the time requested and a good selection of food and drinks. It was quiet - hardly heard any noise from outside. There was a fridge in the room which was handy to have for cold drinks in the hot weather! T - Personnel was very nice and extremely helpful. Upon arrival we were shown on map all sights worth visiting and places to wine&dine other than touristic restaurants. Room was small but cosy. Bathroom clean and amenities were included. We had room with small balcony, we found that very romantic especially during breakfast as they are served to your room. Everything was perfect and we would recommend this hotel and would stay again for sure.
