  The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a few minutes from Corso Buenos Aires which is the shopping area. The receptionist was very helpful - gave us directions for metro station Loretto.   This was the friendliest hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff, inparticular the ever-present and ever-smiling receptionist, were helpfulin all sorts of ways.
