  The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and wentg to great lenghts to make our stay as comforable as possable. The decor and quietness of the room, location, and also the excellent buffet breakfast made it a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Every member of the staff were very kind. As soon as you get there, Pino (the owner) and his family give you a warm welcome and you immediately feel at home. Rooms: there are not so many rooms but all are really nice, always clean and they are e - Pino, the owner and his family are fantastic, they would answer any question with smile and would do ! anything you ask for your best satisfaction. They are staying in the hotel 24 hours and always available. Pino welcomes us with a drink and his wife sent us with a package including lemons from the garden and "Confettura di limoni" that's what I called great hospitality. The room is beautiful and perfectly maintained. The hotel is easily accessible by car and there is plenty of parking spots.I

The Hotel is up on a hill and per pedes its very exhausting to get there! The town itself is a good place to stay, if you like to be amoung italians! The most tourists are in Sorrento....

  Spent two weeks travelling Southern Italy and this hotel was one of the best that I staid in. Nice rooms and also the service was without doubts the best I saw in Italy. Staff was most helpful and did their best to make us feel very comfortable. Also they serv a very good breakfast. In spite of all that they were extremely helpdful. We communicated using an online translater and that worked. Place and brand new and emaculate. The views are wonderful. It helped to have a GPS to find the place.

  The hotel was right in the middle of Via Chiaia - a great location for visitors to Napoli. The room was lovely and modern and the shower rocked!!! The staff were so helpful - they even helped us to watch the Man United football match in our room when we couldn't find a bar that was showing it. - Stylish. Free upgrade to suite.

  We stayed in 2 rooms, both of which were lovely. The facilities in the room were high spec & cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast gave huge choice & was really tasty. The location was great as it was on a pedestrianised street in a good location. Finally I can't speak highly enough of the staff. If I was returning to Naples tomorrow I would definitely stay at this hote - We loved the location, friendly staff, the rooms which were spacious and quiet and the breakfast great. Our room overlooking the street was great to sit on the balcony and watch all the activity below. We were close to everything - shops, restaurants, bars, attractions, the Lungomare and the airport bus. I really can't fault this hotel at all - it's a wee gem!

Location - close to the beach, where you can find good restaurants. Two thermal pools (small but quite enough taking into account size of the hotel) - one is indoor and another is partly with roof - we could bathing regardless of weather.

  Well situated, a lovely 15 min walk into town. Beach 8 mins down the hill. Clean, simple, effective. We hired a car (40E pd) to explore the island. Perfect size to do that. - Friendly and helpful reception staff, handy for beach and town by foot - albeit a 20 minute walk is good for us.
