  The owner was absolutely lovely, nothing was too much trouble. She has a couple of dogs, one a very friendly little cocker spaniel who I fell in love with. The dogs were kept in another room until I was asked if I was ok with them, which was very thoughtful.   This is the second time I have stayed here. The hotel is modern and well set up and close to historic part of Naples with ample restaurants and bars within walking distance.   We spent 3days at Iris Hotel and despite the weather was not very good, we had a lovely stay thanks to the kind help of Gianluca the Manager. He suggested us some nice places to visit instead to go to beach and we discovered nice small villages with a scooter (rent at the Hotel in advance). Sweet breakfast is good and Dinner as well. All staff were very friendly. Special thanks to manager who was always ready to help. The location is very good, close to Forio town where you can find many nice shops, cafe and restaurants. Also three very good restaurants are located in proximity to the hotel, 5-10 minutes by walk up the street.
