The front esk reception area personnel were outstanding and gave great service. I want to particularly site lia as most helpfull. Alphonse, Roberto, and Leonardo were very accommodating. i liked almost everything about this hotel..the hotel is a beautiful luxury building finished to the highest quality its appearance is spectacular its reception and ground floor area is amazing .the bedroom area and ensuite was perfect and kept pristine clean with a daily maid service.the restaurant also was up to the same high quality as the rest
