  When looking for a hotel in Tropea, I selected the hotel with as few as possible negative remarks. We had planned a week of relaxing in Calabria to recover from a very stressful period at work, so we really wanted a 'safe haven' where there would be no annoyances and disturbances. Lovely the way it is lit up at night. The breakfast was outstanding - offering all kinds of local foods I wanted to try (mozzarella di bufalo, black olives, sundried tomatoes in olive oil and many more), plus bread meat, cheese, variety of juices etc. all set in a lovely outdoor garden. Room was a bit small but decent.

  I really liked everything about this BnB. Lorenzo, the host, was charming, generous and considerate, providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants, aperitivi and things to do. The rooms were the cleanest I have stayed in for a long long time, complements to the cleaning staff. The free wifi was also excellent.
