ease of access - close to where the SITA bus stops, quiet and close to cafes and good restaurants. Basic, but good value for money.
Owner/manager was extremely friendly.
Big rooms in town center.
Free nearby city parking.
Clean, good-sized rooms with bathroom attached. Very central.

Pensione has no staff on-site.
You have to call the phone number on desk by front door so that manager can drive up to meet you for access.
Phone on front door desk doesn't work.
We did not have a cell phone.

No-one there when we arrived - had to rustle up a neighbour who called for us. But this was pretty quick.
