The staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. They
all spoke my language, English, and were not at all offended by my
complete lack of familiarity with theirs. They were quick to assist me
with travel arrangements and with maps and directions to the Leaning
Tower, which is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel's front door.

Pretty much everything was great. The staff were very helpful and
kind. I was a single adult with 5 children ages 2 - 14. The proximity
to the Leaning Tower and other things in Pisa was perfect. My 2 year
old was able to walk the distance easily. The room was more than
adequate for our needs. We stayed 2 nights, and drove in to Rome and
then back. Tiring, but I looked forward to getting back to our room.
Would go back again!

Parking on site, the place was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was surrounded by nature, quiet. Well equipped kitchen and a great place to rest for a while. Would have to stay longer after much travelling, however had to move on. Did enjoy the 2 night stay. -

What I liked most is that hotel was very very near to Pisa Centrali station. We didn't spend any time in locating it. Also, bus connectivity to Pisa was very good and we reach the tower in just 10 minutes.

Really freindly welcome and a fantastic location in Pisa. Recommendations for resteraunts given to us by the manager (Luca) were the best we found in Italy. He even booked the table for us. We had the bigger room which comes with a private balcony. Plenty of space four 4 of us and room comes with a double and two singles which is good for families.
They were happy for us to leave bags with them all day, which is great if you have a late flight..

A no-frills kind of place but for price served us very well for first and last night of our trip.
Staff was TERRIFIC!!! We encountered many different staff throughout our visit and they were all very personable, most helpful and very accommodating.

The hotel is clean. Facilities are good. The best thing is location. It's quite handy in a short walking distance from the airport. We arrived in a rainy day so we had to take the bus from the airport to the hotel and there was bus stops near the hotel. Besides, it takes about 12 minutes walk to the central train station.

Large, clean room with shower and sink. Toilet was on the corridor, but we had no problems using it. Everything is really clean, the staff is friendly. Nice breakfast, not much but a good start for the day. The hotel is really close to the train station Pisa Centrale, this being the most important aspect for us.
