Recently refurbished with modern open public areas on ground floor with small bar area. Very comfortable reasonably sized room in which everything worked very well - efficient AC and excellent hot water pressure although the shower cubicle is one of those very compact jobs.
The reception staff are very friendly, extremely helpful and informative and speak good English.
The hotel is very centrally located and for the price it would be difficult to find a better hotel in Palermo.

We used the shuttle service to get from the airport to the Residenza which suited us well. The place was very clean and modern. The bathroom for the room is not actually connected to the room but across the hall. This isn't a big deal as there are only about 4 rooms in the hall. The minibar is cheap and well stocked. Hotel Concordia had everything we needed. Central location and only a few minutes walk from Central railway station. Good sized room with power shower, TV, adequate furniture, security, very friendly staff and a lovely breakfast of croissants, pastries, fruit, cereals, biscotti, fruit juices, water, cappucino, coffee and teas.
