  Although we booked this hotel we ended up in Il Burchiello across the street. For that hotel I can say that the receptionist spoke English well, the room was quite comfortable and clean. Bathroom was of decent size. Breakfast was standard continental. In my opinion not really a 4 - star hotel but definitely value for money.   We came just for one night to visit Venice. The bus station to Venice is right front of hotel and they sold us the bus tickets on the reception which was great. It took about 25 min to get to Venice. The room and bathroom was clean and the breakfest is good. The staff is excellent, the rooms are emaculate. The overall experience was great. We booked an expanded family room and they gave us 2 double rooms. My wife didn't want to leave the hotel it was very nice.

  We arrived at 1 am, and it took less then 5 minutes until we were in our mobile-home. There is a small market just at the reception, where one can buy some basic things. No problems with heating or hot water. Bus to Venice just outside the camping.
